“Reid’s Property Handyman Service” is owned and operated by Reid Ashbaucher. As an independent affiliate broker with Crye-Leike Realtors, Reid is a member of the National Association of Realtors ® (NAR), the Tennessee Association of Realtors ®, and the River Counties Association of Realtors ®. Reid’s Property Handman Service operates as an independent contracting business, providing services to property owners and the real estate industry.
Reid honed his skills over many years, beginning in High School with vocational courses in woodworking, mechanical drawing, and electronics (radio/TV) repair. Following his honorable military service, Reid earned a B.A. degree in Comprehensive Bible, operated an electronics repair shop for five years, and then worked for 25 years in maintenance at a regional transit agency. His maintenance duties included building systems—electrical, fire, security, and climate control—plus communication systems such as radios, computers, video, GPS, and phones.
In the interim, Reid has rehabbed two houses he owned, which included installing windows, hot water heaters, furnaces, plumbing, electrical systems, as well as painting and drywall work.
Reid collaborates and works with a skilled and dedicated team. The menu bar now includes a “Completed Projects” link to facilitate better company evaluation.
