Bathroom Projects

Installed a new bathroom sink counter top with faucet and drain system.
We removed the old fiberglass tube/shower system, making room for the new one.
We're replacing the old, making room for the new.
Included in this installation are the base, drainage system, walls, shelf, showerhead, handrail, and shower door system.
Second bath room in the same home, similar setup, doors where installed after the photo.
We are going to convert this small bathroom area into something more useful.
Now that is much better. Some paint, new in-wall cabinet, new mirror and light, and a new sink cabinet with updated plumbing.

Indoor Projects

Original project area.
Separated bedroom space with private bath, with a dividing wall, creating new reading room and walk-in closet.
A little drywall work.
Creating a walk-in closet.
A little more drywall to complete the closet.
Getting to the end of wall work.
I'm completing the closet space and getting ready to install the closet and bedroom doors.
Added a closet, folding door, just needs a little paint.
Installed new bedroom door and reading room lighting.
After painting the walls, carpet pad is added.
And finally to complete the flooring, the carpet.

Outdoor Projects

The start of an outside makeover.
Start with replacing all the soffits.
Replacement of some hardboard siding.
Much work remains. Got to keep moving forward.
We are moving to the back of the house. We will remove this deck to make way for a new back porch.
New windows and a little paint should make this project closer to completion.
Here are the windows.
A little painting makes a big difference.
We are getting there.

Porch Projects

We are going to update this porch and the landscaping into a screen in porch to enjoy.
The work begins.
Installing a new floor, then the rest will come.
We are getting closer to finishing.
There has been significant improvement!
The driveway was expanded and the landscaping we completed.
An inside look. Very nice!

Other Porch Projects

We removed a deck, and it's time to add a back porch.
We completed the foundation and floor work and now adding the roof.
Installed the inside ceiling.
One completed ceiling with a light socket and GFI receptacle plug.
Completed the floor with a little porch paint.
Finished the soffit and added the rain gutter system.
Added the screen frame system.
Installed screen on one end.
This project is almost complete. Will come back to paint the treated wood in six months.
