- We provide estimates using two different methods. An on-site inspection is our first step in generating a quote. This visit will cost $70.00, payable at the time of the inspection, and we will waive the trip fee associated with the quoted project. This type of quotation guarantees a final price.
- Or, send us the project location, photos, and/or a checklist for a customized estimate. The estimate will reflect a one-time trip fee of $35.00 for Bradley County residents and $50.00 for those outside the county. Unseen work needing extra time and materials to complete the project will incur additional charges. You can send your photos / documents through an email link provided on our “Contact Us” page. Real estate agents should add the MLS number for your project, when relevant.
- We offer project quotes in two ways. Our pricing is at our discretion: hourly rate plus materials, or a fixed project fee.
- Only the signed quotes establish the agreement for the work requested. Service calls have a minimum charge of $35.00 in Bradley County and $50.00 for those outside the county (waiver possible), plus the cost of one hour’s labor and materials.
- Full payment is required for residential projects upon project completion. If the estaminet’s materials cost over $50.00; a 50% retainer fee is required before we start the project.

We accept credit/debit cards, Cash App Pay, and G Pay (processed through Square). Bank cashier’s checks, certified checks, and in-person cash are also acceptable forms of payment.
