Handyman Service
A handyman (or handyperson, maintenance man, or repairman) performs various repairs and maintenance tasks, like basic carpentry, plumbing, and minor electrical work, to keep residential and commercial properties in good condition. The tasks involve interior and exterior trade skills, repairs, and maintenance; these are occasionally referred to as “side work,” “odd jobs,” or “fix-up tasks”. Such jobs typically include simple plumbing tasks—for example, repairing a leaky toilet—and straightforward electrical work—for instance, changing a light switch or outlet.
We provide estimates using two different methods. An on-site inspection is our first option in providing a quote. This on-site visit will cost $70.00, payable at the time of the inspection. Upon your decision to use our services, after reviewing your on-site quote, we’ll cover all future service call fees for that project.
As a second option, send us the project location, photos, and/or a checklist for a customized estimate. Providing the MLS number for the property would be helpful if you’re a real estate agent. Within this estimate, there is a $35.00 service call fee. Unseen work needing extra time and materials to complete the project will cause additional charges. You can send your photos / documents through an email link provided on our “Contact Us” page.
We strongly recommend an on-site inspection for larger projects to get your quote.
To get an on-site quote, call us or use the “Quote Scheduling” link on the menu bar to select a date, time, and to fill out the form with your information. Click “next”. The scheduler page will confirm your successful submission.
A confirmation email will arrive to inform you your request is pending. You’ll receive another confirmation email after we review your on-site visit request and confirm staff availability, updating your request status to approve.
Next, we’ll contact you to confirm your address and let you know when to expect us.
Note: Are you encountering technical issues while filling out this form? Refresh your browser and begin again. This resolves most problems.
Your quotation details all services and associated costs. Your quote also includes an agreement outlining service terms, payment, warranties, insurance, and other relevant details.
We provide handyman services across six Tennessee counties. To account for travel time, we charge a fee. Free quotes alone, without tangible outcomes, would be financially unsustainable for our business. We use these fees to compensate for time spent on non-billable work. We gladly provide quotes; however, our work time needs to be factored in. In our view, most people understand this idea. We appreciate your inquiry.
We email a completed quote in PDF format for your review; it includes an electronic signature feature. For questions about the quote, please contact us by email or phone; you will find our contact information on page one of the quote. Once you reviewed the agreement and are satisfied with the terms, please sign and date the quote as instructed. Upon signature, the email will return back to us as a signed document and you will receive a signed copy in your email. Following this, we’ll contact you to schedule the work.
For those who prefer not to use email or electronic signatures, we offer traditional mail.
We have a simple and transparent fee structure. We calculate charges using a combination of labor, materials, and a set service fee. Our hourly rate depends on the type of work being done.
Yes! Within the quote/agreement, there are agreement terms outlining industry-standard business insurance coverage. Proof of insurance is available to our clients on request.

We are not involved in building houses, garages, or doing concrete work. Roofing and siding services are not things we do. We do not offer septic system service or comprehensive house plumbing or electrical services. Beyond these, we take on most other projects.
